Overview
The Source of Funds application allows the traveller and travel arranger to record all funding sources in relation to their trip request.
This is useful for when you need to record how your trip is funded and be able to report on these details. It also provides your approver with all of the details in a simple view so they can make a fast decision avoiding all of the back and forth on emails.
Key Features
The traveller and travel arranger selects the source type ie external, government, self-funded etc, they then type in the source name and the funding amount provided.
The funds will be tallied and recorded in the trip request giving the authorise full visibility across spend.
